Novilyze is built to be usable by people with disabilities, in Hebrew and in English. This statement sets out the adaptations made, the limitations we are aware of, and how to contact us where part of the site does not work for you.
Our commitment
We build Novilyze to meet the Israeli web accessibility standard IS 5568 at level AA, which corresponds to the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines at the same level.
We do this because it is how a product used in two languages and two writing directions ought to be built, and we would do it regardless of what the law required of a business our size. Accessibility work here is checked automatically on every change, not audited once and forgotten.
What we have done
The whole product works from the keyboard alone, every page begins with a skip link that jumps past the navigation, and the element you are focused on is always visibly outlined.
Pages are marked up with real headings and landmarks, so a screen reader can move through them by structure. Controls that show only an icon carry a text label for assistive technology.
The interface is fully bilingual. Hebrew renders right-to-left throughout, and mixed Hebrew and English text in the same line is laid out correctly.
Text and meaningful icons are checked against the contrast ratios the standard requires, in both the light and dark themes.
If you have asked your device to reduce motion, our loading animations stop moving.
Automated accessibility checks run against this site on every change, and a build that would reduce accessibility fails before it can be released.
What is not yet covered
We have not commissioned an audit by a certified accessibility consultant, so this page describes work we have done and verified ourselves rather than a certified conformance.
Our administrative back-office, which is used only by our own staff and is not part of the service offered to the public, is not covered by this statement.

Israeli accessibility regulations exempt businesses below a turnover threshold from the obligation to make their websites accessible, and Novilyze is currently below it. We mention this only for completeness: it is context, not an excuse, and it has not changed what we build.
